Tuna rillettes "Le pere Eugene"
Father Eugène has developed for you tuna rillettes with a melting texture, respecting Breton traditions.

They are enhanced with a touch of green pepper to bring out the flavor of the fish.

Our tasting advice, straight from the cannery: as an aperitif on toast, or a crunchy endive leaf.
 
Ingredients: Tuna 55% (France, Spain or non-EU origin), crème fraîche, onions, mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), lemon juice* (lemon juice concentrate , lemon flavor, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), chives, salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, green pepper, lactose, milk proteins, pepper.
* Contains sulphites. 
May contain: molluscs, crustaceans.
