Le Morbier is a semi-soft cow’s milk cheese.


Produced in Franche-Comté from centuries, it is a rich and creamy  cheese with hints of fruit, grass and citrus. It is the blue layer of ash running through its middle which makes it so distinctive and easy to recognise.

 

Ingredients: Raw cow MILK, lactic ferments, salt, rennet, vegetable coal
