Antoinette Poisson was the name of the Marquise de Pompadour, favourite mistress of Louis XV. So what? Well what happened next is that Louis XV ordered for her the tastiest dessert imaginable from his best pastry chefs.
It was the "Puits d'Amour", a cake which within its center had the best jam ever imagined at its time.This secret recipe had been forgotten as Puits d'Amour is today made with pastry cream, this was until Confiture Parisienne discovered this wonderful secret recipe never updated since Louis XV.
The secret recipe is reborn in the form of unique collaboration.
Since its recipe is a secret, you will have to try it by gently opening the box created especially for this occasion.
Ingredients: Fruits 57% (Currant 34%, raspberry 23%), cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin, natural violet aroma.
May contain traces of egg, all nuts, gluten, sesame and milk.
